"That it is safe neighborhood to raise your children and it is convenient for transportation I am a paraplegic and I would like to be on the lower level what it is a role in and roll out and I also have two pets they were just born two puppies two weeks ago"
  • Cynthia M.
"Getting better nicer and friendlier. Getting more bars and restaurants around area. Many homes are being remodeled"
  • Saul D.
"there are hardly any businesses on the nearest busy street, and the ones that are still open are not appealing. the overall look of the neighborhood is run down. never had any conflict, but I still wouldn't say it is a safe place to live. Definitely looking forward to moving to a busier, trendier, more accessible are of the city."

"not a bad area but living in an apt here is horrible. wouldn't raise a family here or anywhere in the city"

"Everyone owns dogs, so that is certainly a way to connect with people, but almost no one trains their dog to have manners, so I NEVER allow my dogs to play with the neighbor dogs. "
  • Devalon T.
"you see people walking their dogs frequently and using leashes and some are friendly I never had any problems because I'm a dog owner myself"

"It is a working class neighborhood that is family oriented. It is under developed and crime can be high at times. However, there are a lot of good people who are friendly and good neighbors. "
