    "Nobody picks up after their dogs. And god forbid a dog gets in your yard. I’ve never seen a single person with dog bags while walking their dogs. Parks near by are also filled with dog waste. "

    "I lived here for 3 years and the neighborhood is definitely up and coming but I do feel safe in it . I think there is def a difficult time finding parking but never too much of an inconvenience. I walk my dog early morning late night and never have any issues ."

    "If you own a car it’s best if you have a garage otherwise parking is hard to come by later in the evening otherwise close to CTA bus and as few walking distance stores. A few good takeout places too. "

    "nothing unique the rent is too high for a neighborhood like this nobody gives you a chance with low credit filled with gangs tagging and driving drunk starting trouble I will say it is getting better you just got to be careful in the summer time"
