"I loved the neighborhood garden walks and the close proximities to stores restaurants and schools. My neighbors were always looking out for each other and helped keep our lawns and sidewalks clean. "

"It can feel like a close knit family type neighborhood if you live over here long enough but it is not safe. Just watch your surroundings like any other neighborhood "

"Neighborhood is dangerous for traveling and just walk in the neighborhood. Mail is not on time and there’s a lot of drug selling and hanging out at night with a lot of loud noises at night"

"Great neighborhood, safe and quiet. Lived here for over 15 years with my family. Easy access to public transportation and there’s a movie theatre nearby, lots of restaurants, laundry mat, dry cleaners, gym and strip mall. Recommended "

I absolutely loved the atmosphere, staff, admin, and the support that students were provided to enrich their overall educational experience. The African artwork, history, and culture is beautiful.Other Review1y ago15 Reviews - Neil Elementary School

The PAC needs someone who will represent the interest of ALL parents and students and not the interest of the principal.Parent Review6y ago1 Reviews - Pirie Elementary Fine Arts & Academic C

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a former student I’ve been at this school my entire life, I’ve seen the highs and lows. The teachers are great yeah you’ll get bored but they manage to make it fun, they manage with little support, they try their hardest and never gave up on us and that’s what matters. Even if there were fights they were quickly resolved, the staff and parents stepped in when in need. They once provided ice pops for the entire school on an extremely hot summer day.i genuinely love this school and hope that my next school is just as supportive and innovative as possible.Other Review10mo ago4 Reviews - Ruggles Elementary School
