"See dogs all the time being walked in the neighborhood. Some owners need to be a little more cautious and responsible and pick up the poop. "

"It’s been a safe place thus far for my family of 5 and I, parks, schools, and neighborhood stores and restaurants are known to be family friendly."

"Move to the area where the houses are it’ll be much quieter. If you move on the block where there are apartments buildings it can get a little loud and cars tend to drive really fast down some blocks "

"Sketchy people and bad drivers. Streets are always filled with trash because people dump their waste out the window. There are some nice parts and good people but you don’t run into them often. "

"I've been in this neighborhood going on five years. It's pleasant to a dgree, and the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. It's quiet for the most part but get pretty noisy around summer break, and the fourth of July with the never ending fire crackers, and M-80's. I sometimes worry about the elderly neighbors who has to listen to this for hours, and even into months after the holiday. But I feel safe coming, and going."
