They lie about everything no one in here is good at treating people right after school programs are disorganized and very rude to people they hire

My daughter went to school from 1-5 and we felt like Jackson was our family from the start! Jackson should be 1st in Georgia!!

Coming from the Smith/Sutton cluster we didn’t know what to expect but wow. This is an incredible school focused on each individual child. They quickly identified my child’s academic accomplishments and placed her in a class where she could progress even more. The activities, parental involvement along with IB principles are the icing. Dr. Miller is the most hands on principal I have ever seen. The teachers really care. Many of our neighbors skip the private route because of this school.

This school is known for how bad they have been with special education. There’s an effort to keep kids with disabilities segregated from general activities and old view of neurodiversity. If you are a parent of a a kid with disabilities you will have to find an advocate for your kid to be included in general class and still having awful high rates of restraints and isolation as their way to help kids with strong emotions and complex behaviors with IEPs. The staff at this school are great! The students are very racist. My son had issues with racism the entire school year. It is a predominately Hispanic school, them not liking African Americans is new to us. We dislike no one. I did everything throughout the year to get my son switched out of this school, the board did nothing even with doc notes! My son has never had any issues being in school until he came to this one. This was truly heartbreaking newly moving to this town, and having to deal with this everyday. It was my mistake even moving to this zone not knowing you can’t do anything about it. But this was also my learning experience moving forward in life. Staff done some things to end what was going on, but what honestly can be done when it’s the upbringing of the kids in attendance.

A Sweet School with a Big Divide Between the Lower and Upper GradesHoly Spirit is a sweet little school, and I believe the preschool is wonderful. The elementary school is also lovely, with kind teachers and a warm environment. I would recommend the preschool through 5th grade without hesitation.Unfortunately, my experience with the middle and high school has been very different. In my opinion, the school is significantly overpriced for the overall experience, facilities, and quality of some staff members. I feel the tuition would be much more reasonable closer to the $15,000 range.The administration has also been one of my biggest frustrations. For such a small school that is actively trying to attract and retain students, I have found the administration to be surprisingly difficult to communicate with and, at times, unnecessarily rude. Having experienced both public and private schools in different parts of the country, the lack of responsiveness from administration at Holy Spirit has been the most disappointing.There are certainly wonderful people at the school, and I don’t want that to get lost in this review. However, I think families should go into the upper grades with their eyes open. My strongest recommendation would be preschool through 5th grade, but I would seriously consider other options once your child reaches middle school.Overall, Holy Spirit has a warm and special community in the younger grades, but I don’t believe the middle and high school experience currently justifies the cost of tuition.
