"I’ve lived in downtown St Pete for the past 14 years. I love where I live and this community. Downtown is a unique and most residents are in a condominium. There’s many activities for people in downtown St Pete. It is a very walkable community. "

"There are a lot of homeless people living in mirror lake. I live right next to the lake. The homeless people go through the trash cans and they are obviously on drugs or drunk "

"We have lived here for a couple of years now. It is a stunningly beautiful little city. You can walk to a lovely downtown museum or attend a movie theater just a block away. The restaurants are many with varied cuisines. The little city is buffered from the waters edge, Tampa Bay, by a lovely lengthy system of parks. "
