"Bad rental prices, but awesome neighborhood to live. For a studio apartment cost $1,500. That suppose to be mortgage payment. "
  • "There’s a nice park close by with playground. That said lots of people walking in the neighborhood that don’t live there. "
  • Deborahbrcka
"Not a lot of room for kids to play in most areas, most homes have very small yards for play. There are a couple of parks in the area. "
  • Jamie M.

  • Jamie M.
"I often see people walking their dogs without a leash, which is not ok for other dogs or people. A few dogs have Run out in to he road and a few dogs have shown up at our house during the wee hours of the morning. Dangerous for the pups. "

"Urban neighborhood going through a revival. Very walkable with dense population of historic bungalows. A lot of young professionals are moving here due to the close proximity to downtown as we’re the first neighborhood north of it. Lots of people walking their dogs and riding their bikes. Very active neighborhood association "
  • Lumanikus

"I hate to say this, but there are several sexual predators in this area. St. Vincent de Paul is 3 blocks from where I live, so there are people from there who come around and go behind the large trash cans across my alley to urinate."
  • JaneDeclet
"I have no idea. I never go walking in my neighborhood, excect to go to Walgreen's and Save-a-Lot grocery store. I DEFINITELY DON'T go past my front porch at night...too nervous!!"
