    "There are many families in our neighborhood and most know each other. Great neighborhood for walking, running and riding bikes. Annual Block Party every Fall helps new neighbors meet existing neighbors. Family friendly and pet friendly neighborhood too. Lived in Barcley Estates for 17 years and have many friends here. Parents watch out for each others kids. Safe neighborhood and a quiet gem tucked in away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Can easily get to Tampa, Clearwater beaches, museums, parks, theme parks, air ports in just a few minutes. Neighborhood Police Officer cruises through here often. See her at Home Owners Association Meetings often and driving through the neighborhood. Glad our children grew up here. "
