    "It’s a family oriented community.Pot luck is always a friendly gesture. It’s a clean area to live in. Mostly, everyone keeps their property nice and visibly delightful. Including; grass is cut, trash is disposed of properly and recycling is handled in a proper manner. It’s just a nice place to come home to."
