"It has great access to public transport it has two metro stations and has serveral bus stops and bikes to ride around and the commune is very hospitable.Its a very nice community quiet and safe to live in with little or no crime rate. "

"This area is heavily gentrified and the housing prices have increased $300 in the last year for room rentals $900 for a single room in a house that old is over priced. If the water bill and WiFi were included I could understand"
