Our experience with OHS has been nothing short of exceptional. It's been a fantastic environment for our kids, all of whom attended and flourished under its care. The school boasts a team of great teachers who create a nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.What sets OHS apart is its commitment to creating a family environment. From the warm greetings at drop-off to the engaging activities throughout the day, our children felt at home here. The school organizes numerous events tailored for little ones, which not only enrich their social experiences but also strengthen the bond between the school and families.Academically, OHS excels in providing an effective learning environment. The curriculum is well-rounded, challenging, and designed to foster both intellectual growth and personal development. Our kids were consistently encouraged to explore their interests, ask questions, and think critically.Overall, we highly recommend Orchard Hills for any parent looking for a school that prioritizes both academic excellence and the emotional well-being of its students. We moved from the schools on other side of town and the kids went to JFK. Then after the redistricting ended up at Pumpkin. The teachers are really great, I don't have any complaints with them at all. The administration however leaves much to be desired. They have zero consideration for the parents, really don't. I would even go so far as to say they have a passive aggressive, bully like mentality. This school has the least amount of activities for the kids and their families. Also has the least amount of parent participation.
