"A lot of dog walkers outside. Lots of green areas. Very clean neighborhood. Not crowded to district dogs. Lots of dog friendly parks. I have encountered only friendly dogs on my daily walk. Perfect all around. "

"A lot of people roam the streets at night. Can be rowdy at times. Also this area is prone to car accidents, especially in the middle of the night. Too much speeding"

"This is a decent neighborhood to live in the city of Bridgeport. Many parts of the city are deteriorating due to the violence and drugs. This area there’s not much of that. "

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI drove by this tiny school many times and thought i would never enrolled by children there not because of the size but as a parent i thought of the education level. Being that it is an older building i thought of the technology and ways my kids were going to be taught. Yes I did enrolled them there. My kids love the teachers, friends, and environment. The principal is always attentive in the a.m and p.m hours. The staff and teachers are friendly and welcoming. As a new parent there it seems like it is a family like environment. i would not change anything. Security is always on guard.Parent Review12y ago2 Reviews - Hall School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI definitely would recommend this school 100% because, this school has a lot of nice students there, who I have befriended in the first week of 7th grade this school year, the teachers are really nice, they understand what I am going through, and they provide a safe environment for me to learn, I feel like a family at High Horizons Magnet, I am really grateful for getting accepted into that school, they understand that I have Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and they completely understand that I have social anxiety, and the school is willing to help me with everything that I have, so I can be able to feel safe and loved inside High Horizons Magnet School! Definitely recommend this school for your children!Student Review2y ago4 Reviews - Six to Six Interdistrict Magnet School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm extremely disappointed with my interaction and experience with this school's administrative team. After being accepted, my child was not considered for enrollment because of his needs and I wasn't afforded the decency of a collaborative conversation to see how we could best support him in the school's setting. I had higher expectations from a magnet school and the professionals leading it.Parent Review11mo ago9 Reviews
