This home is one of a handful of newer and larger single-family residences in the area, situated amongst the very well established Portola Hills/University Mound area of the City. The area represents a very good mix of ethnicity and diversity, including professionals and working families, long-time retirees and residences alike. Picturesque John McLaren Park (San Francisco's 2nd largest park) anchors the neighborhood not to far away and is a convenient spot for a multitude of family oriented and recreational activities (barbequing/picnicing, tennis, basketball, softball diamond, soccer field, etc.). Additionally, in terms of location, very convenient and easy access to all major highways (Hi 280 and 101) and minutes from both GlenPark BART station and downtown San Francisco. Overall, a real winner in all respects!"
