The back yard is fenced and pet secure.
The place is very private and spacious.

There are two entry doors to the house. One side of the house has 2 bedrooms / one full bath , full kitchen and the other side has a large studio with a full kitchen, full bathroom voted sealing.
Both spaces exit on the back patio through sliding doors.

I only rent the whole house and I never rent the two areas separated. I have designed the place to be suitable for people traveling with kids, pets, different works shifts and more.

Short Term ( 6months lease ) the monthly rate is $4500 with 1 month security deposit.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
