"I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "

"Clear walk paths and not a lot of loose dogs. Plenty of open areas to allow your dog to get exercise. "

"Ok could be better. Not the greatest. A lot of homelessness. They sneak in to the apartment complex. "

"its in the desert smack dab downtown almost and close to the airport. its equidistant to almost all outskirts of the valley. its is located by everything that you dont need to travel far. This area is getting renovated and remodeling a lot of houses."

"The state fair, of course. Permit parking even if you’re a resident. Having to maintain grass in the desert, and the occasional lovely visit to your porch, by some of the local charming vagrants."

"having to pick up their dog poop and dogs just running without a leash but they will like to have a dog play round and toys for pets or bathroom spot for dogs and somewhere where the dogs can drink water and rest at. "

"Beware of traffic, lots of fast moving traffic! There are car accidents almost daily and drivers seem unaware of what's going on not only in the intersections but also on 16th street and Osborn Rd both ... "

"Lots of long-time families live here. Even though the area isn't that safe, the neighbors at least try to maintain the street and notify one another of packaging. Really good people live in this area and try their best to keep things nice."

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are on our third generation of our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren attending Machan. Children that attended Machan girls all have a master's degree, two in education one in law. Grandchildren are in accounting, truck driving, customer service, security, great grandchildren still in school at Machan. I love this school and all time and effort that is put into each child. The communication with parents and sometimes grandparents is always spot on. Thank you, teachers, staff and principles,Cari BParent Review10mo ago3 Reviews - Clarendon School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe incompetence of the school is the reason I'm writing this complaint. The principal treats and talks down to parents as if they are students themselves. Unprofessional staff and teachers. Don't take accountability and will accuse you of being incompetent where they failed my child. The principal stated we are not certified babysitters yet everyday they keep my kid in the office and will not look into other option til it's too late. This district is racist and will not tolerate black or brown students if they have say ADD or ADHD. If you want your student to fail and be bullied by staff and teachers this is the school for you .Parent Review1y ago10 Reviews - Ralph Waldo Emerson Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe’re having a problem with a teacher then contacting a dealing with the principal is just as bad! Giving parents 15 minutes to drop off children with all the traffic is crazy they also take up precious learning time by feeding the children in the classroom. 25+kids to a classroom.Parent Review2mo ago12 Reviews - Maie Bartlett Heard School
