About this House

Beautifully updated property in the uptown/downtown area of Phoenix close to a ton of entertainment and key employers like hospitals and corporate offices. The home has been beautifully furnished to serve as an Airbnb and would prefer to rent out furnished. The updated home has a heated play pool and spa available along with an updated storage shed that was turned into a Tikki bar for entertainment purposes. The master closet has also been turned into a glam room for entertainment purposes.

Property comes with newer appliances including washer and dryer. Master bedroom also has a new mini split to help with temp control for a very large master bedroom.

Renter pays for water and trash city services. Renter is responsible for electricity, gas, internet. There will also be requirement to provide ongoing pool service which we can provide our current provider. We are open to bringing in your own pool maintenance person but will need to review.

Open to short, mid or long term leases, price may vary for short term leases due to market changes. We'd prefer to lease the property furnished. It's perfect for nurses, doctors, corporate housing and etc. Located in prime central Phoenix location, near hospitals and other corporate jobs.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
