The interior is spacious, light and airy. With plenty of natural light. Not one but TWO living areas are located in this home the perfect place to curl up with a good book, play games with the family or catch the game on the HDTV.

There are also 2 dining areas which provides plenty of space for entertaining and sharing meals with your loved ones.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a glass-top electric stove, oven, coffee maker with coffee, sugar and tea dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator.

The private pool is fully screened. The back door leads to our patio where you will find an outdoor dining area complete with hammock, lounge chairs, and our amazing pool. With the lanai offering a perfect spot to escape the Florida sun either on the comfortable "lounge" seating or enjoying alfresco dining at the table where else would you prefer to be?

Looking for an extended vacation? Designer decorated inside and out, you can live like a Floridian in this home away from home.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Fresh bath towels and pool towels are also provided for all guests.

There is also an exercise bike and weight set located in front of the living room.

-Disclaimer of LIABILITY: The property is privately owned and neither the owners nor we, the management company, accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.

- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, driveway parking, and full reign of the space.

Besides being in the heart of Largo, FL with retail and restaurants the surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 8:00am.

STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the starter pack of toiletries. If any initial supplies (coffee, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use.

FOOD : As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in.

PARKING : Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. The community does not allow street parking and will tow cars. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Please note only two cars can park in the drive.

INSECTS:
It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.

The property has external cameras. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, or in the rare stay where house rules are broken, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.

OUR ASKS:
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.

PLEASE pay attention to the House Rules

Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric.
NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property.
Dogs are allowed.
