This spacious 650 square foot Pacifica furnished guest house includes elegant furnishings, high-end details and original art that make it feel like home. The comfy queen bed has a down comforter and the leather couch converts to a double bed, if your friends or family visit. The apt features a chef's kitchen with a gas range and oven, microwave, toaster oven, professional stainless steel pots/ pans, knives, appliances and cutlery, full size fridge/freezer, pour over or coffee brewer, all the tools for cooking, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has an exterior window and features Grohe fixtures, a Toto dual flush toilet, and a combination bath and shower.

You will not want to miss the stunning sunset views from your private patio! The beautiful patio and garden area offers a Weber barbecue and outdoor table and chairs. While you eat and drink, you'll have a partial view of the ocean that is amazing at sunset. There is even an outdoor shower for cleaning off after surfing or hanging out on the beach. Step outside for a walk or a bike ride to the beach for surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or swimming. There are also a large number of hiking trails near the studio. This furnished apartment is adjacent to Golden Gate National Recreation Area's Mori Point and Sweeney Ridge, and 2 blocks from an Alister Mackenzie designed and public Sharp Park Golf Course.

The studio itself has a gated private entrance so you can keep your solitude throughout your stay. If you are a traveling nurse or temporary healthcare professional, relocating to the SF area, or have work in Silicon Valley, this Pacifica corporate housing is the perfect option.
