What Locals Say about Paradise Valley

  • "A lot of dogs around in general and always see people taking them for a walk. There is also a dog park in town for them to play and meet others. "
  • "Great safe neighborhood. Very family oriented. A lot of new restaurants and breweries near Grand Ave that are fantastic!!. Love SSF!! "
  • "walking dogs in park, and easily find a sparking spot, and I don't know much else about dogs since I don't have one."
  • Carolina S.
"10 minutes drive to Downtown and 15 minutes on the train. 101/280 access. Walking distance to Bart and Caltrain station. "
  • "Orange park has a dog park! There’s a lot of traffic on Orange Ave so it can be difficult to get out of your driveway, but it’s not terrible just have to be careful. Otherwise very quiet and nice area. "
  • "I used to live in this area and loved it, handy to the airport, 15 mins to shopping mall, 5 mins downtown S Sfo. Our home faced north so great view of San Bruno but lack of sunshine. (think about this when buying). Moved to Coe Valley handy to rail. Priced have risen back to 2006 levels . Some worth it some not. Look around for mid4-5 for 3 bedroom otherwise its not worth it. "
