"depends on what's going on and where it's happening at. also who is sponsoring the event because most of the event are family "
  • Trulia User
"Pretty much everyone owns a dog, so pretty much no one is bothered about issues with another ones dog. No one is bothered by the barking or and no one really lets their dog run the neighborhood."
  • Trulia User
"To me is not safe to live in that area or to raise a family. Their schools are not that great but decent"
  • Trulia User
"Need dog park and some dog friendly coffee shops and restaurants. Pet store would be nice Walking trail to the dog park will help a lot "
  • Trulia User
"Nice up and coming area. Many families moved in to this location. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to major street and highways."
  • Katie B.
"I’ve lived here since 2015 and I absolutely love it. I feel very safe here the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The recent gentrification is changing the neighborhood but overall I still like it. "
  • Dazzlyn M.
"nice for it to be so populated, and most of the people around the area been here for a long time. schools are in the area."
  • Justin H.
"A lot of people here let their dogs come into your yard and poop. It’s pretty bad. A lot of folks also do not keep their dogs locked in their property so if you are out walking expect yo run into other loose dogs. Finally many residents don’t use leashes when walking their pups "
  • A.taylor_amt
"Very close to downtown. Able to get to Galleria less than 10 mins. Good known schools around. Can catch any freeway in minutes!"
  • Kethabjones
"My neighborhood is close to downtown most of the families here have been here for over 20yrs so its friendly, it's crazy at times, sometimes its quite but it's all what you make it. just as any other place would live "
  • Rhonda_mccllgh
"It’s close to all the main freeways so you’re close to the Galleria and very close to Downtown Houston."
  • Jason A. H.
"You always see people at the parks and gathered at churches. Everybody is kind and friendly. I know all of my neighbors and feel like we look out for each other. "
  • Miggssixxx66
"do not move here! it's still going under gentrification which means there are still a lot of prostitutes and thieves the walk the streets at night my car gets broken into pretty regularly to the point where I don't even lock it anymore or keep valuables inside just to make it easier for someone to see there's no need to break my windows. if you're dumb enough to fall for the cheap rent that's your fault"
  • Nakia W. .
"as a dog owner I personally like the parks in my area plus the kind and understanding heart's for their breed. I own 2 American Bullys that are well trained and playful "
  • Nakia W. .
"The neighborhood is starting to look and feel a lot better some days more than others................................................................"
  • Joeyecardona2708
"I just moved into the neighborhood 2 months ago, and it’s been great. So close to Down Town and a lot of restaurants. "
  • Ameliavirginiarodriguez
"Safety... good schools... parks... grocery stores... close to downtown... airports... crime rate... "
  • Theresaj56
"I have lived in this community for over 45 years my parents and family also lived here for over 80 years this is our home and we love it here"
  • lisa v.
"What makes this neighborhood unique is the neighbors. Don't do it, you will regret it. I wake up to gun shots at least once a week. The parking is horrible. Don't have gatherings cause neighbor will harass guest. Home is beautiful but area is horrible."
  • nisaya111
"I live here and I think its beautiful I just love the outdoors we had so many party's their just beautiful "
