AMENITIES: As a courtesy, we provide a "starter" pack of supplies for our guests, including hotel-quality toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish pods, coffee cups, and trash bags. We also offer some cleaning supplies to assist in maintaining the home's cleanliness. However, please note that guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if the starter pack is depleted.

House rules:

 ** ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES AT THE HOME (INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, ANNIVERSARY PARTIES, GRADUATION PARTIES, ETC.

Please do not eat in Bedrooms
If bugs are found, exterminator will be paid by tenant

Major repairs are landlord responsibility
Minor repairs are tenants responsibility which includes but not limited to: changing light bulbs, clogged toilets, clogged sinks, anything that is broken by tenant.

Landlord changes air filters once a month with 24 notices

Trash is taken out weekly for pick up

Please keep AC temperature set no lower than 70 degrees to avoid the unit from freezing. This unit has a smart thermostat and can set up before moving in.

Parking is for 2 cars on the right of the drive-way. This property is gated and there are cameras to monitor the exterior of the property. The gate door open out to the street. The gate is controlled by a remote that you will have access to once you have signed your lease.

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit. $500 fee for violation.

Quiet hours between 10pm- 7 am

    "do not move here! it's still going under gentrification which means there are still a lot of prostitutes and thieves the walk the streets at night my car gets broken into pretty regularly to the point where I don't even lock it anymore or keep valuables inside just to make it easier for someone to see there's no need to break my windows. if you're dumb enough to fall for the cheap rent that's your fault"
