This is a two bedroom two bathroom home that would be a great space for an individual, roommates, couple, or a small family. The home features a spacious kitchen and upstairs living area, as well as nicely finished walk-out basement with great natural light. The carpets were replaced less than a year ago and are in fantastic condition.

Two large decks offer multiple hosting opportunities and panoramic views of Mount Evans. The home is on a one acre lot in a quiet neighborhood.

When we purchased this home, we didn't realize all of the small pieces that make this the 'perfect' location in the foothills. Located on the south side of evergreen, there is exceptional outdoor access. The south platte can be accessed with a short drive, with numerous trails and state parks. Easy access to both 285 and I-70 that make it easy to get a head start on traffic leaving from town. Downtown Denver is a 35 minute drive, grocery stores are 10 minutes away, and there are wonderful local restaurants not far up the road. An elementary school is a mile up the road, which means that this area is one of the first to be plowed on snowy mornings.

*Comcast internet with the same speeds as what is offered in town (many Evergreen homes don't have high speed internet)
* Energy Efficient : New insulation (beyond current standards) helps keep your monthly heating bills low. The home has central air heating and costs 25% as much as some neighboring homes on electric heat. The home is located at a high enough elevation that AC is not needed in the summers.
