Included is on site parking for 2 average sized, well maintained, vehicles. The driveway turns into 3 lanes and is relatively flat here in the mountains.

A 120' new tuff shed is included for your exclusive use located about 30' from the cabin.

The cabin sits on 1/3 acre that is not fenced as you'll share the land with the wildlife! Your neighbors are super cool - only about a handful around the cabin... it's the mountains !Unfortunately, Zillow will not allow pictures of the wildlife that make this property part of their home too. This cabin is in the mountains is kept as natural as possible which is an incredible bonus for organic food for the wildlife, including the cabin dwellers!

If you like concerts, this cabin is only 11 miles from Red Rocks via hwy 74! Take an Uber & enjoy!

Evergreen has everything you need and the cabin is centrally located so if you love NFL, you are only 37 minutes from the cabin to Empower Field @ Mile High. Or maybe you're an art lover (which is one of the reasons this cabin caught your eye) and want to visit the Denver Art Museum. Only 41 minutes, door to door! Location, Location!

Now back to the cabin and what "she" offers for comfy living:

The cabin's location has many perks: Evergreen bus can pick you up at the cabin! Easy access to all major roadways and only 1/2 hour to downtown Denver. All delivery types available. Walk to the lake via trails in less than 10 minutes where there are year round festivities, paddle board, ice skating on the world's largest zamboni-groomed outdoor ice rink. You can walk to historic downtown Evergreen in about 13 minutes and walk out of the cabin door and start hiking! You can hike over to the golf course and golf! There is year round fishing on the lake. There's skiing at Echo Mountain which is only 30 minutes away in neighboring Idaho Springs. Seasonal lake concerts and farmer's markets. The annual Father's day rodeo and Christmas parade! There are just too many amenities to list here.

1 doggy allowed at no additional rent! The resident is responsible for the utilities including the town provided water. Evergreen is unincorporated, so another big perk... NO CITY TAXES

Good to excellent credit and good to excellent rental history. Monthly rent is $3200 for 1 resident & $3500 for 2 residents. There is no pet rent, only a pet deposit. There is an application fee. Renter's is insurance required. Owner managed. I work well with responsible, respectful, clean residents. No smoking in or outside the cabin or property. Electric portable grill acceptable. Resident is responsible for utilities, water and garbage. We offer a free, 5 minute pre-screen leasing questionnaire that will save us both time & $! And I choose to talk to potential residents as I can learn much more in much less time and like to learn what you are looking for to see if this is a fit for you! Thank you so much!
