* Main level includes remodeled kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge/freezer and gas range, kitchen nook, dining room, large open living room with 3-sided gas fireplace, private office, full bath, huge king master with sitting area and desk, master bath with double vanity, soaking tub, custom steam shower, and walk-in closet.
* Upper level has three bedrooms (2 king, 1 daybed/trundle) and full bath with walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Newly installed A/C (which is rare in mountain homes) services the bedrooms on the main and upper floors.

Step outside to the huge, covered breezeway where you can cozy up with a good book next to the gas fire pit with a view of the mountain terrain. You'll experience a variety of birds, a herd of elk that occasionally passes through the neighborhood, and deer that travel through the valley.
