    "I have lived in this area for over 7 years and it's a quiet and pleasant place to live. Neighbors are friendly and aware. Lakewood cleans streets regularly and it's location is close to everything. - Downtown Golden is about 10 min's down C470 - 2 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater. - I-70 corridor is just down C470 and provides easy access to high country resorts with a 45 min drive to Loveland Ski Resort. - Bear Creek Park is just across the street with Horse back riding, fishing and great paved and dirt trail systems. - Front Range Biking is the best with extensive road bike trails that will take you all the way to Chatfield Res or up to Evergreen. Top mountain biking all around that includes trail systems from Green Mountain, Mathew Winters and Redrocks. - Fox Hollow is an excellent public golf course with a private course feel, located less than a mile up Morrison Rd. - Downtown Morisson (1.5 miles) offers cute shops and great restaurants. - Only 20 mins from Downtown Denver with easy access to Performance Art Center, restaurants, Rockies and Bronco games. - Light Rail system is currently under construction with completion in 2012. It will provide easy transit to Golden, Downtown Denver from Union/6th. Future plans include connection to the Denver Int'l airport. - Lakewood Rec centers are the best with 50 meter lap pools, great spin classes. This location offers everything to those who want a great outdoor lifestyle or just want to spend quite evenings at home. I constantly have met people who grew up in this area and have moved back to raise their children. Solterra (Parade of Homes 2009) is located just around the corner, so this area is sure to increase in value."
