We're looking to rent our recently remodeled home. It's a spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath, two-level house with two kitchens, two living areas and one garage. The house itself is comfortable with modern finishes and appliances, beautiful wood flooring, heating, and air conditioning. The house has 18 windows and gets tons of natural light to both the main floor and garden levels.

On the main floor, you have three bedrooms, one full bathroom with dual sinks, and the main kitchen and living areas.
On the garden level floor, you have an additional two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a secondary kitchen, and a comfortable living area with lots of light.
You'll have one garage, a fenced-in yard, and two sheds for storage (one is new and is very large and nice with carpet). There is very large side yard that is newly paved that runs the full length of the house where you could store an RV or multiple vehicles.

The location is phenomenal. We border Littleton and Centennial, near the Southglenn shopping area. It's a sleepy residential area with lots of families and children. During the weekdays you'll find lots of kids walking to/from school at either John Wesley Powell Middle School or Arapahoe High School. both short walks. As far as getting around the Denver metro, we're about 25 minutes to downtown and just minutes to South Broadway or University. There are tons of places to eat and grocery shop within a 5-minute drive.

As a bonus, you'll love the vast network of running and biking trails that can be accessed just a few minutes from the house, as well as having two parks to walk the family to.

You'll have access to the full property.

12 month annual contract with 60 days notice if you intend not to stay for a second year
