    "Dog park nearby. Very dog friendly. Have 2 dogs of our own. Lastly every April there is a “DogFest” to celebrate the dogs and raise money for the elementary school nearby. It’s from over the years and now attracts thousands of attendees! "

You can walk to your 20-minute commute to the FiDi, ride the Wiggle, run your dog and kids at the park and drink excellent lattes, all in the neighborhood. The houses are beautiful, the stoops are populated by lovely flowers and friendly neighbors and the views from Buena Vista Park are just up the hill. If we only had a Trader Joe’s, it would be perfect."
