Large, fenced backyard with big patio. Shady trees in front yard. Sprinkler system. Giant, oversized shed. Unpaved double driveway.

Partially Finished Basement: Approx 1200 square feet in basement. Semi-finished bedroom and bathroom (our teenager loved it). Washer and dryer. Lots of space for office, rec room or storage.

About the Location: Located on the northeast corner of Broadway and Arapahoe, Broadway Estates is a popular and highly-desirable area in the Old Littleton/Centennial area. Only three miles to E-470, five miles to I-25, and just a couple miles to downtown Littleton. 1 Block from Highland Elementary. Bus stop across the street for junior and high schools. Choice of three high schools. All excellent schools in the Littleton School District.

Awesome neighborhood: 1 Block from Highline Canal Trail, 10 Blocks from the Streets of Southglenn, 8 Blocks from Franklin Pool, 2 Blocks from Milliken Park, Biking/walking distance to Rec Center (just right up the trail!).
