"Every other neighbor owns a dog sometimes multiple. Dogs are able to walk leash free. Though picking up after dogs are not followed so much. Also we have many perks for dogs to run around in in the 1 mile radius there are at least 3 parks. "

"Not a ton of grassy areas unless your building has a courtyard. However the sidewalks are wide and the neighborhood is close to Prospect Park! 10-15 min walk from Church and Nostrand. "
