Description

A private balcony is included with direct access off of the living room thru a large sliding glass door. Off the balcony is a beautiful four season tree, which allows beautiful views and lots of light into the apartment! All windows and plumbing, as well as HVAC and roof are new within 10 years.
We are small pet friendly and have great neighbors. Neighborhood is good for walking and property is right next to the Metro G line, just blocks from LAVC, and close to all three freeways. This is a non-smoking/vaping property, but 420 ok.

Owner pays water and trash, tenant is responsible for all else. This is a strictly non-smoking building. No cigarettes or vaping of any kind. Will consider 420. Dogs under 25 pounds that are mostly quiet are acceptable though must remain on leash at all times while outside of tenants unit.

Wouldn’t consider this neighborhood today because of the over abundance of apartments. Not sure what else to say. Other than it’s a decent neighborhood besides those things I’ve mentioned. Riverside and Milliken are great schools."
