"Burbank has small town feel in a big city. some say it is the Mayberry of LA. I feel like my kids are safe walking down the street. Crime is almost non-existent"

"I've lived in three houses in this neighborhood since 1988. Great family neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to freeway. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Burbank has great police and fire protection. They arrive in minutes."
