About this House

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a dedicated office. It is located off a cul-de-sac just outside Grandview Estates (off Airport Road), the lot is over an acre in size. House is all electric and comes with range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The Primary bedroom has a bay window and a walk-in closet off the master bath. There is a dedicated utility room for your washer/dryer and a one car garage. My favorite part of the home is the lovely huge deck leading out to a large, private back yard. There is also a storage shed for yard tools. A screened-in room leads from the dining area out to the deck. If you love to entertain outside or just enjoy nature, this area will please. Backyard is fenced and very private.

No smoking allowed in home or garage. Utilities are the tenants responsibility, Gulf Power, Auburn Water and Waste Management. $4,800 monthly net income requirement. Small Pets considered with rental references. $100 non-refundable security deposit on a pet. As a private owner, I don't charge an application fee but please tell me about the number of people staying at the house and their ages, total monthly income, describe pets, rental history, etc and then I will be happy to show you the house. Please do not ask if this home has been rented yet, I will take it off Zillow as soon as I've signed a lease.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
