Renter pays for utilities (Water, electricity, Internet) and associated cost for hookups/disconnects. No smoking indoors. 2 pets maximum excluding fish who will have tank/tanks not exceeding 55 gal. maximum. No mounting of televisions to the wall, but pictures and mirrors weighing under 50 lbs alowed for mounting. 2 month notice of move out required. Renter has responsibility to perform home maintenance (filter changes, light bulbs, lawn maintenance, etc). Changes to home apperance must be reviewed by owner before accomplishment. Repairs caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional damage to be paid by renter. Pictures show previous furniture that is not included; the property is vacant.

    "I have lived here for a year and am surprised I haven't been robbed yet. Seriously, if you're going to live in this city live on the south side, not the north..or don't live here. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
