Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom on the other side of the home while a fourth bedroom is in the back corner with a private bathroom perfect for a guest room with their own bathroom. Walk out the sliding glass door and enjoy your coffee on the covered back patio. Yard is fully irrigated and is plenty of room for the kids and Fido. Subdivision has sidewalks, street lights and gated. Easy commute to Duke Field, Eglin and businesses. This is a home with timeless elegance!! It is in a gated community and is equipped with a home alarm system. No smoking allowed in residence and pets are welcome upon approval but no more than 2. There will be a one time non-refundable $300 pet deposit pet pet and a security deposit of $2525. We will waive the pet deposit for military, federal, or state personnel. Renters will be responsible for all yard maintenance. Owners will pay for quarterly pest control services. Owners will pay for a professional cleaning of house and carpets before move in, and renters will be required to have property cleaned and carpets professionally upon moving out.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
