This unit is currently occupied through 05/31/25 and is available starting on or around 06/01/25. This unit was an owner-occupied unit for 4+ years and the owner (that's me - and I serve on the board) is renting this unit - there is tremendous pride. The photos are from when I lived there. My tenants will make the unit available for weekend tours. Will require first month, last month and security deposit.
