Room Description

This is a rental of 3 rooms including a bedroom, den and private bathroom and can be easily accessed from the front entrance. It is the the entire upstairs of the home and is very private. The den with a seating area and kitchenette is approximately 15' x 15.75'. It has a large built-in bookcase, a sink, refrigerator, kitchen cupboards, counter and cooking area. The bedroom is about 12' x 12' with a large 8.5 x 12' walk-in closet. The total square footage for rent is about 550 sq feet.
My adult son and I live downstairs and share our space with a dog and sometimes 2 as I foster, so applicant must be dog-friendly.

I am looking for a month to month tenancy. Smoking inside the home is not allowed and I would prefer a non-smoking tenant. Utilities are to be shared, but I have solar which I pay for monthly and will continue to cover. Tenant will be responsible for 1/4 of all charges assessed by PG&E over and above solar usage and water on a monthly basis. Parking is only available for one vehicle on the street.

Housemate Description

I am single, retired and have a dog and sometime foster an additional dog. My adult son is disabled and currently not working. We are easy to get along with, and allow any potential renter full privacy.
