    "Lots of families and lots of nice dogs. Access to best schools. Peaceful and quiet. Close to downtown Clayton. Great community. Feels secure and safe. Lovely weather. Occassionally experience heavy wind storms in the winter but nothing major. Just suggest if buying a home with original fencing it may need to be updated to hold up another 30 years lol These fences have held up to a lot of wind over the years. "

Clayton was created for those who love to walk, bike, and horseback ride. Very friendly and clean town. Local high school is charter school."
