What Locals Say about Rio Vista

  • Sandy G.
"It can be a pain. During commute time there can be a lot of traffic and the bridge can be very frustrating. Most of the time it is ok though. "

"homecoming is a wonderful neighborhood. full of family's that are friendly, helpful and respect each other. dogs on leashes, kids playing and everyone waves like good friends. I love this neighborhood. it is also only minutes to the delta river."
  • Ken
"I have no commute as I have been retired for four years. The community of Rio Vista is removed from any job centers but a nice place for retirement. At least forty minutes away from job centers so unless you like to drive on a two lane highway to get to and from work, choose someplace closer to your work destination!"
  • Bill C.
"We love the mix of people, the quietness, the very friendly neighbors, the fact that our home is very green friendly, and extremely safe."
  • ssully
"I used to live here and went to high school here. Very close knit community and loved that it’s right on the river."
  • dosied1951
"We're located on highway 12, right on the Delta, quaint little town of Rio Vista, great shops, restaurants, boating, beaches and more. Trilogy is 2.5 miles out of the town of Rio Vista, a gated community for 55+, golf course and a restaurant. "
  • John
"Nice quiet peaceful community right on the Sacramento river within a few miles of the Delta."
  • Irret
"The Vineyard Bluffs is a very unique subdivision in Rio Vista. The lots are very spacious and there are no rear neighbors in any of the homes. There are only 50 homes in the subdivision and the center common area is 30 acres of bluffs, with the center five acres a park area with landscaped grass and trees. It is a very quiet and safe place to live."
