"Fairview is a beautiful area, but we have an unusually high percentage of retired folks. Most are friendly and great neighbors, but there is a group of bullies that like to cause problems with the working age residents. If you chose to buy a house here, meet all your potential neighbors before you make that offer."

"My commute is perfect, the best I ever had: I work from home. :-) Before that, it was horrible, as surrounding freeways are always jammed. "

"We've lived here since 2008 and we've loved every minute of it. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. We never had any accidents in five years, the neighbors are excellent, there is no traffic (just residents), and the views are amazing. Most homes have been remodelled and the yards look nice. It's a real pleasure living here. And highways are just a couple of minutes away"
