Description

Here's your opportunity to live smack dab in the middle of the Media Capital nearby Downtown Burbank! This bright and airy one bedroom unit of a duplex in the Rancho Equestrian District just emerged from a beautifully done makeover: the original hardwood floors now shine, all paint is fresh and new in a modern palette, the vintage tile kitchen countertops are refreshed and the kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The bright white bathroom sparkles with tile and new fixtures. Large gated private outdoor space great for BBQs and entertaining friends, all located in a nice quiet location that has easy access to the 134 and 5 Freeways.

Centrally located to just about everything Burbank and Glendale have to offer. You can literally roll out of bed and go running or biking thru Griffith Park. Without trekking more than a mile from home you can: work on your next screenplay at Priscilla's, lunch at the many hot spots in downtown Burbank or Tinhorn Flats, (who doesn't like fried pickles with their burgers?) drop by Porto's for a Cuban sandwich and some freshly baked sweets, imbibe on PBR & tequila shots at the Blue Room, and grab a late night sausage and craft beer at Tony Darts Away. Golden Road Brewing is equally close.

This adorable and private mid-century bungalow on a quiet friendly street includes parking, private yard. Amenities include: top loading washer/dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and a new gas chef's range plus three new ceiling fans, window A/C unit, three extra-large closets and there are plenty of built-ins for storage. Griffith Park and Verdugo Mountains views.

"Security of family & Exposed children & families to a save environment, Glendale school system of school is Great "
  • Trulia User
"They would love to see all the other dogs in the neighborhood that are extremely friendly. The owners & dogs are friendly and may even invite you for dog play dates or to go on walks with them. They might not like the walls at night because there is a possibility of encountering skunks, raccoons, possums, sometimes MAYBE even a coyote but that is extremely RARE. Unless you’re out at 3 or 4 in the morning. Other than that everyone with a dog is friendly but there are times where that ONE person doesn’t pick up after their dog. "
  • Trulia User
"Been taking the bus since I was a kid up until after high school once i got a car and it never once failed me, always took me where i needed to go! "
  • Trulia User
"It feels pretty safe overall. Needs more street illumination. It also needs more street bumps to slow down cars especially at night. "
  • Trulia User
"Quiet and serene. I moved here from Reseda and I made the right decision. So many sites to see. A very open area. Entertainment industry is booming. It’s great to walk dogs with all access parks. "
  • Cindy R.
"It's close to every city, a quick 10-20 drive everywhere, conveniently close to 134 and 5 freeways. Clean and safe "
  • Melissa A.
"Horses roaming around everyday. It’s close to everything. In the middle of los angeles area. Few minutes away from a lot of attractions and unique places."
  • Cindy R.
"I've lived in this neighborhood and same home for 18 years. it's still safe, conviently close to freeways, super markets, fast food restaurants, gas stations, and parks. It's clean and is never an area seen on the news for having something bad happen. Also very popular film set. "Super Bad" "
