Aces Apartments, on the corner of Eddy and Williams St., feature prominently on this historic Collegetown block. These apartments offer convenient access to Cornell University and local businesses. The building entrance requires a proximity reader tag for entry. This second floor six person apartment is fully furnished, has 2 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. All of the bedrooms have a full sized bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelves. Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
