The spacious kitchen with oak cabinets, lots of countertops, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and two sinks is truly a gourmet's delight. The kitchen and baths all have ceramic tile. The washer/dryer is located in the unit and there is lots of extra storage space too! The front of the house has a huge porch facing the beautiful, perennial gardens along DeWitt Place. Great barbecue area in the backyard.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
