Carefully maintained over the course of ownership, the building has seen a great deal of upgrades and renovations. Improvements include all new electrical wiring and sub panels, vinyl double hung windows, new gas furnaces, hot water heaters and insulated copper/PEX plumbing throughout, with a hot water circulating system. It is also equipped with a state-of-the-art security system and monitored fire alarm.
