"Capitol Hill is great for a diverse group of neighbors. Tons of coffee shops, restaurants, dive bars, and other activities in the area. "

"Street parking is a big challenge, parking tickets and people hit your car parked on the street. There’s a lot of traffic in this area"

"Dog owners are pretty respectful and mindful of what their dogs can or cannot do with other dogs. There are. Lot of little dogs who dislike larger dogs. "

"Much of the northeastern area is very residential. Mostly north of East Thomas and East of 15th Ave. Going southwest of that you see a lot more apartments."

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe've had a wonderful experience at Lowell. It's a magical place in so many ways, with students from many different backgrounds learning with and from each other. My son is thriving academically and has developed so many "soft" skills. Amazing teachers and staff. We couldn't be happier. Ignore the 2/10 and actually visit Lowell to see what an amazing place it really is!Parent Review4y ago - Bright Water Waldorf School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery happy! My son started at age 3 in the Early Childhood program and will graduate from 8th Grade this spring. That makes me an 11-year customer ... and I couldn't be more grateful.Parent Review5y ago - Bertschi School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBertschi has an awesome urban campus that's grown out of some charming buildings and been enhanced through expensive development projects. The community is second-to-none - such a vibrant and fun and passionate group of parents, they will become your best friends. But the academics are sorely lacking, really not much better than public school and certainly not what you expect for this money. So what are you getting from Bertschi? It's a posh neighborhood school where your kids don't learn much more than they do at public school but you're way more comfortable than you would be there with unions and crumbling facilities and the unwashed masses. If this is ok with you, that's fine, just don't waste your money on the Pre-K because it is just a charming day care and they literally don't believe in teaching anything in that grade.Parent Review2mo ago - Seattle Hebrew Academy
