Leasing Information:
 Application fee: $50 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment.
 Admin Fee is $210 which is refundable and goes towards first month of rent during
move in.
 Deposit: $500 on approved credit.
 Utilities are RUBS which covers water, sewer, solid waste, electricity, gas, and trash
which is billed based on usage. All utilities will be on your portal.
 Tenant Benifit Package: $19 Credit reporting and liability insurance
 Internet will be in your own name and set up through service provider.
 Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are
welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required.
 Lease Terms: 12 months.
 On-site Parking: $150 per spot per month.
Application Requirements:
 650 minimum credit score
 Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer
letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount.
 Positive rental history
 Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 700
credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their
application.

I don’t even know where the schools are around here, besides the community college lol. Honestly, I would move out of Capitol Hill if I wanted to raise a family. "
