"All the amazing food and bars. There’s everything within walking distance. Downtown is a 10 min walk, the park is 10 min walk, the grocery store is a 10 min walk. "

"Belltown is true downtown living We live at 4th and wall. It’s loud and busy and very alive. Tons of great food and cute spots/ no need for a car and great views from our building "

"Great if you work downtown and don’t have a car. Food can be delivered at all hours. I’ve been here 3 years and the area has become significantly more sketchy and unsafe since then. "

"I have been living in this area for the past half year. there is a fire department in this neighborhood, so expect a lot of sirens. also, the bar area is dangerous and shootings often happen during weekends."

"It’s a great location with foot access to much that Seattle has to offer, but considering the bars, restaurants and associated nightlife, it seems to be more of an adult neighborhood. "

"I have lived in this community for three years and I love it but it is very expensive once you pay for your apartment, parking, and storage so we are trying to find a more affordable space or at least one that does not require parking and storage fees."

"Lots of great restaurants walking distance, close to major freeways. Can walk to amazing places in the city like Pike Place Market, Capital Hill, Downtown, the Olympic Sculpture Park, Queen Anne, the waterfront and the ferries."

"This area is quiet and safe, but close to all the good restaurants and bars in Belltown, an easy walk to downtown offices, and near the Olympic Sculpture Park and museums. Hilly but manageable. Great for someone new to Seattle."

"Belltown is a little dirty & actively resists attempts to gentrify it, which is great. Close to downtown & lots of great bars , restaurants, movies, etc."
