Very Large, Sunny, three bedroom apartment with den is available on beautiful East Third Street June 12. The apartment is approx 1600 sq ft and has windows on all four sides of the building, with bay windows in the living room that faces the street. There are hardwood floors throughout and central air, with supplemental gas heat for economical winter heating bills.
The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, new fridge and microwave and garbage disposal. There is a walk-in pantry and a private deck - with storage room.
Your individual washer/dryer is in the unit. Enjoy use of the original claw foot tub, with shower attachments.
Two of the three bedrooms bedroom can fit a king size bed - and dressers - and all bedrooms are at the rear of the building.
The apartments have all been updated with new electric, plumbing and heating as well as new windows, so that the apartment is cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer, with very reasonable utilities. Plantation blinds are on all windows.
Walk to shops and restaurants in vibrant downtown Frederick. Apartment is approx. 5 blocks to the MARC train for easy commute to D.C or Montgomery County. Parking is on-street.
There is a non-refundable pet deposit, $200 for smaller dogs, and $100 for a cat.

Tenant pays for electric and gas, and quarterly water bill is individually metered per apartment and billed to tenant. Parking passes available from the City of Frederick with signed lease and allows parking in most of downtown.

    "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
