The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, bright white cabinets, and black hardware accents. The bathroom boasts a tiled tub surround, large gray floor tiles, and an undermount sink set in a granite countertop. A reserved parking space is available out back, along with a fenced backyard. Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for maintaining the yard. This home is heated with electric baseboard heaters. Floor model ac units are recommended. Window ac units are not permitted since the condensation causes damage to the exterior of the building and if not installed properly, to the interior as well.

The location is ideal, within walking distance to popular local bars, restaurants, and shops. This home is also perfect for commuters, with the MARC station just a block and a half away.

Small dogs (under 35 lbs) will be considered with an additional $500 nonrefundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Price of pet rent will be determined by a FIDO score submitted through Pet Screening. Typically, pet rent does not exceed $40/month. Breed restrictions do apply. Unfortunately, we do not permit cats.

    "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
