We are so excited to be able to offer our beloved 3 bed/1.5 bath, split-level, single-family Frederick home for rental! Offering a livable space of 1232 sqft, as well as a significant private backyard with a deck and retractable awning, it's a must-have for the area! It's a perfect space for dogs to frolic while you entertain friends.

Located less than 10 minutes from downtown Frederick, you'll be close to the fun with the opportunity to retreat to a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The delicious variety of restaurants right off of Rt. 40 is hidden gem in the area (between AYCE sushi, Korean BBQ, Mexican dishes, and our favorite pizza place right at the end of the road).

And the best part? We're moving nearby! So if our tenants need us for anything, we can be right there to help.

We love this area and this home, and can't wait to share it with you!
