The bathroom has the original claw foot tub, with tile floor. There are original pine floors throughout the entire apartment, as well as central air conditioning and heat and supplemental gas heater.     "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
