Very large three bedroom apartment in downtown Historic Frederick, situated on the second floor, that has sunny access on all four sides. The super large living room has bay windows, and lots of recessed lighting. Beautiful columns divide the living room from the spacious dining room. Each bedroom can fit a queen size bed and is located at the back of the building overlooking a quiet garden. There is a private deck off the kitchen, plus a nice size storage room. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and plenty of storage space with a walk-in pantry. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The bathroom has the original claw foot tub, with tile floor. There are original pine floors throughout the entire apartment, as well as central air conditioning and heat and supplemental gas heater. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
